20 Things To Do In Your 30s To Help You Feel Great At Age 50

Joe Martino touches on 20 things you can do while in your 30s to ensure you feel great at 50.  I so happen to agree with many of the points he makes.

For one, exercise.  About 10 years ago, I remember always seeing an elderly lady riding her bike in the early morning hours.  It wasn’t a bike with a bell and a basket.  This lady had a racing bike and she was geared up with helmet and all.  Coincidentally, or by divine fate, I bumped into her at the convenience store. I started up a conversation and she became a reservoir of golden nuggets from then on. One of the things she told me was to begin taking care of your body early on.

The way she explained it made perfectly good sense to me. She said it was like keeping everything well oiled. If you don’t use your joints and muscles they will freeze up on you in your later years. Seeing her racing through the streets was the catalyst for me to begin transforming my life.  I’m almost 50 now and I feel pretty damn good!
