13 Steps To Getting Balanced

I’ve written about how everything we do, think, or say effects those around us before.  Even if we are not aware of it the things we do ripples out to cause an effect somewhere.  If you are aware of this principle it’s definitely a good thing.

The publisher of Horizons Magazine tries her best to live her life in a way that it can be used as an example.  I know, because I’ve been reading her magazine for quite some time now and she has become a personal friend of mine.

I’ve found the best way to get anyone to want to change to a better life is to let my own life be my example. To let my life be my message. To let others feel hopeful that good things can come their way if they redo some self talk on what the future may hold. Got some stinking thinking? Write a script and read it to yourself everytime that other thought comes up. Sound silly? I don’t care, it works for me. It’s mostly just reminding myself what I already know. Repeating phrases that I know to be true and repeating them long enough that they overtake the other thoughts and replace them. Phrases like these:
