Feeling Lazy

I’ve been feeling a little lazy lately.  Since I’ve been reading Leo Babauta’s blog, Zen Habits a lot lately, I decided to re-post this article.

He has a lot of good information on his blog.  He touches on changing habits and living a simple life, or as he calls it a minimalist life.

I even bought his book Essential Zen Habits, where he gives you a 6 week process on how to create a habit, a troubleshooting section for things that may go wrong, and a section on quitting a bad habit.

Another thing I love that he does is that everything he publishes is uncopyrighted.   All his books and blog post are free to use as you please.  In his book it says, “All ideas in this book are stolen and have no owner.  This entire work is therefore uncopyrighted and in public domain.  No permission is required to copy, reprint, or otherwise gleefully rip off anything I’ve written.  I don’t believe in the right to deny the freedom of ideas.”

This is definitely a forward thinking man.  Go read this article and check out some of his other ones while you’re at it.
