I’ve written about beliefs and how they affect us before. 

I have also told you to Be The Observer. 

Knowing yourself is very important if you want to create change in your life.

Even the Greeks from ancient times gave us clues about how important this is.

You must know thyself before anything else.

Heck!  I’m still working on it.  But I’m not gonna stop.
